These terms govern your purchase and use of the Last Call Society passport and membership. By purchasing or using a passport, you agree to these terms, our Code of Conduct, and our Privacy Policy.

The Passport and Membership

The Last Call Society passport is a curated membership that gives you featured $5 cocktails and other rewards at participating Orange County venues, along with member perks at select locations. The passport unlocks special pricing; it is not a prepaid voucher, and every drink is purchased directly from the venue.

A free passport is also available. It earns each venue's free rewards and does not include the featured $5 cocktail that starts each paid reward cycle.

Each passport is valid from January 1 through December 31 of its program year.

Redeeming Your Benefits

• Rewards are earned by checking in with the Last Call Society app, at most once per venue per day.
• With a paid passport, rewards at each venue run in cycles of five visits. The first visit of each cycle earns the featured $5 cocktail, and the other four earn the venue's own reward.
• A free passport earns each venue's free rewards on a less frequent schedule.
• Some venues offer a one-time reward, usable once per passport. Some one-time rewards are for paid passports only.
• The explorer reward, a featured $5 cocktail, is earned by checking in at a set number of different venues within a set period. It can be used only at the venue where the goal is reached.
• A reward must be used the night it is earned. Unused rewards expire at 4am.
• Upgrading from a free passport to a paid passport restarts your reward cycles, and unused free rewards end at the upgrade.
• The featured cocktail is specific to each location and is not the full menu.
• The featured offer cannot be combined with other promotions.
• Additional member perks vary by venue and are subject to each venue's participation.

Eligibility and Conduct

• You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or use a passport.
• Passports and membership benefits are non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser.
• Members are expected to follow each venue's house rules and the Last Call Society Code of Conduct.
• Tip based on the full value of the cocktail, not the discounted member price.

Participating Venues

Participating venues and their offers may change when necessary. Last Call Society will communicate updates and substitutions when possible. Each venue maintains full control over its own operations, and all service-related decisions made by venue staff are final during your visit.

Changes and Termination

Misuse of the program may result in removal without refund. Last Call Society reserves the right to modify participating venues or offers, update program rules, and revoke membership at its discretion.

Privacy

Your use of this site and the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.
