Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Last Call Society ("LCS", "we") collects through lastcallsociety.com and the LCS Member app, why we collect it, who sees it, and how you can delete it. You must be 21 or older to buy or use a passport, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.

What we collect

• Account details. Your email address, which you sign in with, and your name if you give it at checkout.
• Purchases. Which passport you bought, the amount and the date. Stripe handles your card; we never see or store your card number.
• Location. When you check in, redeem an offer or claim a reward, the app sends your device's location so we can confirm you are at the venue. We store that location with the check-in, redemption or claim. The map also uses your location while it is open to show nearby venues. The app only reads your location while you are using it, and only if you allow it.
• Visits and rewards. Your check-ins, redemptions, offer codes and the rewards you earn at each venue.
• Photos. Photos you choose to upload in the app, taken with your camera or picked from your library.
• Messages. What you send through our contact or ambassador forms: your name, email address and message.
• Map and device data. On Android, the in-app map is Google Maps. Google collects app interaction, diagnostic and crash data and device identifiers to run it. On iOS the map is Apple Maps.

How we use it

• To run your membership: signing you in, showing your passports, recording visits and unlocking rewards.
• To stop fraud, such as check-ins or redemptions made away from the venue.
• To process payments and answer your questions.

We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or send marketing email from the app.

Who sees it

• Participating venues. When you check in, redeem an offer or claim a reward at a venue, that venue's staff see your name and email address, your offer code and your visit and reward status at their venue. They do not see your location history, your photos or your activity at other venues.
• Our service providers, who process data for us and on our instructions: Supabase (database, sign-in and photo storage), Vercel (website and app server hosting), Stripe (payments) and Google (maps on Android).
• OpenFreeMap, which serves the map on our website and receives your IP address when the map loads. The website uses no advertising or analytics cookies.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your account data until you delete your account. Contact form messages are kept until we no longer need them to answer you, or until you ask us to delete them.

Deleting your account

In the LCS Member app, open the Membership tab and tap Delete account. Or email info@lastcallsociety.com from the address you sign in with, and we will delete your account within 30 days. Full details are at lastcallsociety.com/delete-account.

Deleting your account removes your account, passports, order history, check-ins and their locations, rewards, redemptions and photos. Stripe keeps its own payment records as the law requires. Copies in our hosting provider's backups are removed when those backups expire.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have further rights under local law. Email info@lastcallsociety.com and we will reply within 30 days. We may need to confirm that the request comes from the account's email address. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

Security

Data travels between your device and our servers over encrypted connections. Photos are kept in private storage that only your account and LCS can open. No system is perfectly secure, so please tell us at once if you think your account has been misused.

Changes

If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the date above.
