Delete Your Account
You can delete your Last Call Society account (the LCS Member app) and its data at any time.
In the app
Open the LCS Member app, go to the Membership tab and tap Delete account. Your account is deleted straight away.
On this site
Enter the email you use with Last Call Society. We'll send a code to confirm it's you, then your account is deleted straight away.
By email
Email info@lastcallsociety.com from the address you use to sign in and ask us to delete your account. We delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.
What we delete
- Your account, email address, name and login
- Your passports and order history
- Your check-ins, including the location recorded with each one
- Your rewards, redemptions and offer codes
- Photos you uploaded
What we keep
Stripe and Shopify, which process our payments, keep their own records of your payments as the law requires. Copies in our hosting provider's backups are removed when those backups expire. Messages you sent through our contact form are deleted if you ask in your email.
